Owner Relations
As you may be aware, on February 20, 2026, Midcon’s bank, UMB, froze the account. If you hold an uncashed physical check from MidCon, please do not attempt to deposit it at this time. We will be redistributing checks from our Bank of America Account. We continue to pursue all avenues available to us to free our funds from UMB. It will be returned and your bank will charge you its applicable fees. MidCon remains committed to working through this situation with all impacted partners and appreciate your patience. We will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.

A notarized affidavit should be recorded in the county/parish the property is located in.
